VCK-VANUATU (Singapore) implements vehicle tracking system in daily operations

VCK-VANUATU, your new Pangea partner in Singapore, has implemented an innovative vehicle tracking system in its daily Express Service operations.

This tracking system enables live vehicle tracking, live map view, and POD (Proof of Delivery) status. With the use of app from their drivers’ mobile phone, POD status is captured with recipient’s signature together with a photo as proof of delivery. Customers will also be able to know when and where the POD is submitted.

In additional, customers can receive real-time updates via email (attached with signature / photo) for every order when they are delivered (or not delivered). Customers can also be notified of the delivery status instantly at the same time.

VCK-VANUATU has developed a special dedicated team to meet customers’ requirements and needs and to ensure that they respond in a timely manner.
