HESS LOGISTICS, your Pangea partner in Germany, has recently crated different machinery elements for the automotive industry before shipping them to Mexico and US.
For the crate building, a member of their team measured the machines and assured that all packaging instructions and customer’s requirements were fulfilled. The shipping crates were built in certified heated wood to comply the international shipping standards and have the approval from foreign authorities.
The crate going to US measured 500x280x430cm and was sea freighted from Port of Antwerp, Belgium, to Portsmouth, US. The crate going to Mexico measured 210x140x245cm and was airfreighted on a Boing 777-F28 via DUS-CDG-MES (Düsseldorf International Airport – Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport – Mexico City International Airport). HESS LOGISTICS was also in charge of the export customs clearance for both shipments.
