Super challenging Open Top – OOG Cargo moved by ORIGIN LOGISTICS (Turkey)

ORIGIN LOGISTICS continues to handle oversized shipments. Now it was turn of their Mersin branch, moving a Circuit breaker from a power plant in Antalya to Mersin Port.

The Electric Breaker was inside a restricted area in the power plant which made the loading process very dangerous for the ORIGIN‘s team, that handled all sensitive works on time and securely. The hardest part was getting the elements out the plant, to a suitable cover for crating and loading inside an Open Top Container. The power plant was very small and ceiling was very low, which added extreme difficulty.

After that, the cargo was loaded onto a special low bed. The cargo was 1.35 meter over-height and had to be transported through very windy roads, for that reason ORIGIN used a special truck to increase stability during the 500Km journey up to Mersin Port.
