PEKAES, your Pangea partner in Poland and leading logistic operator, opened another daily connection from and to Germany. Now, PEKAES customers have three daily lines handling transport between Poland and Germany at their disposal. Deliveries of LTL goods on this route are carried out by the Company within 48 hours.
Another connection in Germany means new possibilities for PEKAES. The first daily line runs on the route between Poznań and Berlin, another one from Wrocław to Nuremberg, and the third one, which connects Poznań and Duisburg, moved the Company closer to the region of West Germany and the Ruhr Area.
“Germany is a market which is very important to us. We continue to note an increase in transports handled by PEKAES between Poland and our western neighbour. Just in 2015 we increased exports of LTL goods distributed by our company to Germany by 18 percent in comparison with 2014. In 2016, we recorded a further increase in goods trade with our largest neighbour by another 20 percent. And it was this significant increase that caused us to open the third daily connection with Germany in Autumn 2016. This way we would like to provide our Customers with greater flexibility of our offer and an advantageous price for the transport of goods,” says Marek Tkaczyk, International LTL Freight Forwarding Director at PEKAES.
