TIM LOGISTICS, Pangea Member in Malaysia, in cooperation with its fellow network partner, NORDIC AIR & SEA CARGO, Pangea Member in Sweden, has successfully airfreighted 6296kg of spare parts for a power turbine, including blades, bolts and washers from Sweden to Malaysia.
NORDIC AIR & SEA CARGO, Pangea Member in Sweden, arranged the shipment pick up in one day including 11 packages of different weights and dimensions, being the 4 heaviest packages 1050kg each. The shipment was transported from the turbine factory in Naestved, Denmark to Malmo Airport (MMX) Sweden, from where it departed to Kuala Lumpur Airport (KUL), Malaysia.
After arrival, TIM LOGISTICS collected all cargo packages and road freighted them for 300km up to Manjung Perak, completing a 3 days door-to-door delivery. Both agents were also in charge of the export/import customs clearance.
