Discover the factors that will determine developments in the industry in the next year. 2016 shows signs of a moderately optimistic economic outlook. The WTO expects international trade to grow 3.9% in 2016, which is slightly higher than the 2.8% reported for 2015, but still below the average of 5% we’ve witnessed over the past two decades. Although recovery seems to be stabilised in the United States and Europe (to a lesser extent) there is still some concern about the behaviour of some emerging markets, especially in China, even though Asia will continue leading global growth. These five aspects will shape market developments in the freight forwarding sector in 2016. |
ELS GROUP (Vietnam) moves a Mill Factory from Norway to Vietnam ELS GROUP, your PANGEA partner in Vietnam, has recently completed the relocation of a Mill factory from Tofte, Norway to Da Nang, Vietnam. This has been the largest project that ELS GROUP has handled in 2015, starting in August and being completed in December. ELS GROUP shipped 1125 SOC 40’ containers (2250 teus) and 5 Bulk Vessel (around 85.000 CBM). Below are some pictures of the operations. |

Water Treatment & Regeneration System of 122MT moved from India to Cuba by NEW GLOBE LOGISTIK (India) NEW GLOBE LOGISTIK, your PANGEA Partner in India, has successfully and safely, executed the handling and transportation of Water Treatment & Regeneration System weighing 122 MT from Baroda-India to Havana, Cuba on 27th November. It took three weeks to complete this project right from pick up and loading of the goods on board vessel. This shipment was loaded with single handling and reduced transit time of 45 days. Combinations of open-top, flat track, 40’ft containers were used to load the shipment. Tracosa (Spain) Sales Team keeps growing Tracosa Aduanas S.A., your PANGEA partner in Spain, has increased the number of members in Barcelona Team, the comercial department has incorporared a new professional, Alfredo Alarcia, joined their worforce this week.
