NEW GLOBE (India) receives appreciation emails from customers for their deliveries within the pandemic

It is strongly encouraging for the NEW GLOBE LOGISTIK team to receive appreciation from customers as per their efforts in providing the most efficient freight solutions during the current crisis and lock-downs.

The first example is a road and sea export shipment of natural abrasive material from Nhava sheva in India to Jebel Ali in UAE. Despite the problems for vehicles to drive and operations to take place due to lock-down, NEW GLOBE arranged the transportation of the cargo from CFS to Port in a special case and managed to load the container on the target vessel. Customer appreciated the team’s effort to make the entry of the container on time to catch the vessel and providing them updated information during the entire process.

The second case is a road movement of industrial valves composed of 223 packages with a total weight of 50,366 Kg, transported in 9 lorries departing from Chennai, India. Due to the lock-down situation special permission towards road movement had to be processed. Final destination of the cargo was Xingang in China. Customer thank NEW GLOBE for their support extended which help them save on heavy supply chain costs.
