JTM GROUP (Portugal, Spain, US) starts a trainee program in Portugal and USA

JTM GROUP, your Pangea partner in Portugal, Spain and US, will start a trainee program to maintain their growth and to promote exchange of knowledge between offices and knowing that our industry has a high learning curve. The aim of the program is to train specialized staff that will assure the group will be able to keep in future the same level of service excellence provided for customers and agents that it has today.

Thus, in September 2022 JTM will send their first trainee who, after performing various roles in the Porto and Lisbon offices, will leave for an 18-month adventure in the USA.

The company truly believes that this program will be very important to sustain the group growth besides providing a very important personal and professional experience for the participants of this project.
