This partnership, established after their connection at Freightcamp Dubai through PANCO Group, showcased seamless coordination in handling time-sensitive pharmaceutical shipments.

The shipment involved codeine powder, requiring urgent transportation from Israel to Portugal before its license expired on February 28th. To ensure smooth execution, ITRANS LOGISTICS entrusted JTM GROUP with customs clearance and final delivery. Recognizing the critical nature of the shipment, both teams worked proactively to prevent any delays or regulatory issues.
Meticulous planning and precise execution were key to the operation’s success. After an urgent booking from customer, the shipment was picked up in Israel on February 25th and securely stored at TLV Airport, where it underwent security screening and customs clearance. The cargo departed Tel Aviv on February 26th and arrived in Lisbon at 17:40 PM local time. Thanks to JTM GROUP’s proactive customs preparation—facilitated by pre-alerts from ITRANS LOGISTICS—clearance was completed immediately, and final delivery was successfully made on February 27th with a signed proof of delivery (POD). Completing the entire operation in a record-breaking three-day timeframe, this seamless coordination demonstrated exceptional efficiency and reliability.
