The shipment involved approximately 470 cubic meters and included 4,854 cartons. The entire operation was highly manpower-intensive, with 25 ITL staff members working tirelessly for two consecutive days. They prepared the airplane, adding extra wooden protection around each air container to ensure the cargo’s safety.

To facilitate the transport, 15 trucks were utilized to collect cargo from four different factories around Ho Chi Minh City. The coordination and communication between ITL, airport workers, shippers, and the overseas agent were crucial, requiring ongoing updates to ensure a seamless operation.
