MARKSMAN is one of the main Air Cargo agent for Korean Air, Qatar Airlines and Etihad Cargo. Many of their customers have regular volume to Türkiye, Pakistan and Germany, moving annually more than 40 tons of air export cargo from ICN. As recently announced, on 1st April 2015 MARKSMAN had launched a new courier service. After 2 months of service they had already handled more than 9,500 Kg. It is remarkable to note that their courier charges are 15% lower than other courier services providers that have been on the market for a long time, such us DHL, FedEX and Pantos.
Still Ocean Shipments mean their major volume at present, MARKSMAN handles approximately +1,000 FEU per month. Again comparing with other major NVOCCs in South Korea such as Globis, Pantos and HTNS, MARKSMAN offers an independent and customized service whereas the larger groups focus on their own group huge volume: Hyundai and Kia Auto Company by Glovis, LG Electronics by Pantos and Samsung Electronics by HTNS. MARKSMAN has the experience and is duly organized for assisting customers despite of their size.
Last but not least, MARKSMAN has developed a new and unique logistics service from PUSAN to ANTWERP and ROTTERDAM by Barge Transportation. It is not a new service in the Company trajectory and responds to an increase in the number of customers demanding cheaper transport solutions compared to rail or trucking in Europe. In order to satisfy customers needs, MARKSMAN has developed this alternative transport method from Switzerland to Antwerp and Rotterdam port, for imports and exports, at a maximum transit time from North West Europe to Switzerland of 4-5 Days. This is not only an ecologically friendly logistics solution but also a cheaper and very safe transport method.
