HOSPITALITY DESK
From 10 am on Monday 19th October you will be able to confirm your registration and collect your meeting pack (including your Conference Guide and Identification Badge) at the PANGEA Hospitality Desk placed next to the hotel reception.
At the same time new Members are invited to participate in a 2h workshop (coffee break included) to be introduced to the PANGEA networking system. Previous confirmation of participation is required.
TEAM BUILDING
A group activity will be organised for the first afternoon together, helping us to build a partner’s team and break the ice from the first moment. After the Bangkok’s race, Kuala Lumpur LRT Hunt, it is time to discover Barcelona.
Spanish TAPAS Night Welcome Dinner
This year we will enjoy a group welcome dinner themed as Tapas Night outside the hotel. Again we will celebrate the International Gift Exchange and Extra Raffle.
2 Days of Official Meeting program, including the Meeting opening and awards ceremony, Group photograph and 19 sessions of one to one meetings with the partners of your interest. Discuss personally on your present and future business and make the most of your mutual synergies.
A NEW Scheduling 1×1 Meetings platform this year will be open closer to the event so that all delegates can pre-book and manage their meetings in advance. The new platform is complete, easy, intuitive and focuses on the partners who you want to meet with.
Company Logo, Company Services, Participant Photo & Participant Details are some of the information which each participant can manage under the 1×1 Scheduler.
Participants will recieve the relative scheduling e-mail notifications.
Only registered and paid attendees will receive their USER/PASSWORD to enter the Scheduling 1×1 Meeting platform once it is open closer to the event.
We will enjoy a very special and memorable evening after the first day of Official Meeting Program, on Tuesday 20th October.
