EXPRESS AIR FREIGHT (US, Hong Kong and Nigeria) opens nominations for the Best in Customer Service Award
It seems that this year 2018 has flown by … and 2019 will soon be here.
Reflecting back on 2018, EXPRESS AIR FREIGHT, your PANGEA partner in US and Hong Kong, once again wants to recognise someone in the company for their extraordinary efforts .
This year they are pleased to include their EAF HKG Hong Kong office which was restructured in January 2018 to reflect being a wholly owned subsidiary of EAF Corporate.
EA Freight in Lagos Nigeria (EAF newest office) is doing very well and is included, as well, for the first time in the Best in Customer Service Award contention.
As you might know, EXPRESS AIR FREIGHT has a continual commitment to offering the Best Customer Service and this is the time of the year that they will be recognising the person/ associate that Best Reflects the Best in Customer Service Award at EXPRESS AIR FREIGHT and SKYLINE FREIGHT (their ocean division)
It will be the 10th Annual Gary Cusumano Memorial Best in Customer Service Award, named after an outstanding associate who worked at EAF JFK New York for over 16 years before, without warning and unexpectedly, succumbed to a diabetes related ailment over a weekend in 2008. The EAF team promised and committed never to forget him, and to honour his service to the company and his fierce commitment to the customer and customer service.
EAF proudly recognises the previous winners and they honour, congratulate, spotlight and thank them, for their excellent service and dedication to the company, customers, vendors and worldwide partners. They have demonstrated their ability to be there for customers and partners worldwide while maintaining a positive spirit and attitude.
From EAF, everyone’s opinions, input and suggestions, as to whom you believe should receive this wonderful accolade this year 2018, are valued,. The selected person(s) shall receive a USD 2000 prize for winning.
The winner will be announced the week of December 10, 2018.
