ELIAS AYIOTIS (Cyprus) appoints Pangea and Connecta members for their beverage regular traffics

ELIAS AYIOTIS, your Pangea partner in Cyprus, have been strongly involved in the transportation for the beverages industry since 2015. They mainly handle wine, beers and ciders for big international and European producers . The total volumes they move per year have grown 150% by 2022, and that despite the market was clearly affected by the 2 years of restrictions during Covid.

ELIAS AYIOTIS is solidly growing its cooperation within the network group and has appointed several Pangea and Connecta members for their regular traffics in the beverage industry.

Shipments are routed by ELIAS AYIOTIS, and assigned to their network partners. ELIAS AYIOTIS team is responsible for observing the coordination process and stepping in when necessary for the best handling of the shipments, as well as receiving the cargo at the final port of destination and delivering it to the consignee. Further, ELIAS AYIOTIS takes responsibility for checking the export customs documents as well as those issued by their partners, avoiding any problems that may arise.

For example, they have regular business of Erdinger beers with U. Del Corona (Connecta Member in Italy), with monthly orders of 4-6 40’ HC FCLs, increased during the summer season. Also they have monthly shipments of Kopparberg ciders for which they have appointed NAC Nordic (Pangea Member in Sweden), bookings are mainly done during March to November, which is the summer period in Cyprus, with volumes of 7-15 40’ HC FCLs containers.
