ASF (Belgium) moves 3 x 83 tons Massive Earthquake Detection Columns

ASF (Antwerp Shipping & Forwarding), your PANGEA partner in Belgium, continues to showcase its expertise and capabilities in handling critical cargo as they successfully completed another phase of the earthquake detection project. This time, ASF has handled three enormous earthquake detector columns, each measuring an astounding 415 x 8 x 8 meters and weighing a remarkable 83 tons per piece.

Utilizing their extensive knowledge and innovative approach, ASF coordinated the entire operation meticulously. The team ensured that the columns were securely lashed and properly protected for their journey from Belgium to Houston.

Once again, a barge-based solution was chosen for the inland transport, ASF‘s attention to detail and commitment to safety were instrumental in the successful movement of these essential earthquake detection columns.
