Sarah Bidmead, Network Manager
Sarah Bidmead, Founder and Manager of the Panco Group, is passionate about networking, communication, and innovation. Stemming from her roots as a business consultant, she has applied her discipline to cultivate a community of freight forwarders centered on quality, excellence, and closeness. She can't help but be a maniac for details and strives for perfection in work, service and development.
A mother of two teenagers, in her sometimes scarce free time, she finds joy in a simple walk on the beach, which is just a few steps away from her home, especially on a sunny day.
David Aguyé, BDM
David Aguyé, with a 30-year trajectory as a freight forwarder in both multinational companies and local agencies, has moved from logistics management to contribute his experience and knowledge in making the Panco Group a platform that offers real and innovative solutions to local freight forwarders seeking to grow their international business. David is motivated by technological challenges and alternative proposals. His "dyslexic thinking" profile means that creative and out-of-the-box thinking are a spontaneous constant in his professional development.
Outside of work, and after a midlife crisis, David has reignited his motivation for sports, especially mountain biking. His dream is to travel through India on a motorcycle (and to quit smoking).
Anna Villanueva, Membership Coordinator
An indefatigable traveler who has finally put down roots literally 10 steps away from the office. Anna holds a university degree in tourism management and has experience in event organization and hospitality. With great motivation and enthusiasm, she provides support and guidance to the members of the Panco Group, as well as facilitating the entry of new agents into the network.
Anna is crazy about Crossfit and sports, getting up every morning at 5am to go running or hit the gym before tackling her email inbox.
Dariana Gordillo, Membership Coordinator
Holding a degree in Business Administration and currently pursuing an MBA, Dariana utilizes her multitasking organizational skills for the Panco Group, its members, and partners. She is responsible for the development of media partnerships, providing support to current and potential members, as well as handling various daily tasks, always with a big smile on her face.
Dariana is interested in environmental initiatives and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Karen Hernández, Graphic Designer
Karen is the youngest member of the team, a graphic designer who prepares artworks for our website and social media, following the styles and communication guidelines of the Panco Group. With a passion for photography, she aims to capture the most special moments of our annual meeting with her camera, ensuring they remain in our collective memory.
In her free time, Karen enjoys going out with her friends, her family, and her pets. She loves Formula 1 and taking quick shots.
Deolita Rose, Marketing Department
Deolita supports the entire team in a multitude of tasks. With certified training in advertising and social media marketing, she is responsible for making our members shine by crafting and promoting their news, as well as managing our publications on social networks and media. Deolita is a career-oriented woman; she enjoys working and helping the entire team.
In her free time, Deolita is happy enjoying her son and her family, traveling, and going out to the beach.
Valentina Parra, Marketing and Communication
Valentina holds a degree in graphic design and marketing. At Panco, she coordinates the group's internal and external communication area, from the publication calendar and corporate branding to the conference materials. With great artistic feeling and visual perspective, she defines and transmits the graphic and communicative line to follow.
Her curiosity and motivation have led her to create her own brand of notebooks, agendas and personalized organizers with more than beautiful designs. Art and design is her passion.
