ATLAS SHIPPING (India) handles UN Project on chartered vessel

Atlas Shipping Services Pvt Ltd, your Pangea partner in India, is pleased to announce that they have recently handled a project for the United Nation.

Despite the complex handling, which included delivering hazardous cargo (Arms & Ammunition) within the difficult terrain of Nepal, operations were successfully completed. Other cargo included 84 unites of Vehicles, a Generator and a trailer to be delivered to Shillong India armed Police unit.

The veterans and experts at Atlas Shipping, organized all documents relating to clearance and exemption for a hassle free delivery. The entire supply chain management was supervised by the company’s professional team, including discharge from vessel, loading on trailer, loading and securing of the cargo. Each step was diligently planned up to the conveyance of the goods at site.

The success of the project lies in the well-structured planning and road/site survey conducted by the team before the execution of the logistics.
