Advanced Airsea s.r.o (Chez Republic) handles combined oversized exports project to Spain
Advanced Airsea s.r.o., your new Pangea partner in Chez Republic, with the help of their sister company Advanced Road s.r.o. recently handled a project of combined oversized transports from Plzen, Czech Republic to Naurette, Spain via the ports in Zeebrugge and Bilbao.
The project included pieces of horizontal millinh and a boring machine HCW 3000 with turntables TDV 160, each turntable TDV weighing 36 tons were transported separately plus 30 pieces of equipment. Overall each transport took 4 days, each unit travelling a total distance of 4400km.
Advanced Airsea and Advanced Road overcame many challenges and chose the fastest route and at the lowest cost, eliminating narrow roads and obstacles. Furthermore, once the truck containing the cargo was loaded onto a vessel, the unit had to be specially treated with vaseline and covered in tilt in order to avoid any damage by the sea water. The project was completed within budget and time schedule.
